Broadside ("the App") is developed by the developer. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and disclosed when you use the App.
Broadside is designed with your privacy in mind. The App uses third-party services (Firebase Analytics and Google AdMob) that may collect limited data as described below. The developer does not directly collect, store, or transmit personal information.

The free version of Broadside displays banner advertisements served by Google AdMob (Google LLC). To serve relevant ads, AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA), subject to your consent via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt.
You can change your ad tracking preference at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Ad serving is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
When you use the multiplayer feature, the App communicates directly with other devices on the same local network (Wi-Fi or hotspot) using Apple's networking frameworks. The only data exchanged between devices is game state information (ship positions, attack coordinates, game status). This data is transmitted directly between devices and is not routed through any external server.

You can withdraw or change your consent for ad tracking at any time via iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
You can limit Firebase Analytics data collection by enabling "Limit Ad Tracking" in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data held by third-party services, as well as the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The developer does not directly collect personal information from any user. Third-party services (Firebase Analytics and Google AdMob) have their own privacy policies governing their data practices.
