Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Howl Werewolf ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Usloviya ispolzovaniya ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Developer of Howl Werewolf.

Description of the App

Howl Werewolf is a social deduction mobile game for iOS inspired by the classic Werewolf/Mafia party game. The App is intended for entertainment purposes only. It provides:

• Local peer-to-peer multiplayer for 2–12 players over the same network
• AI bot opponents for solo or mixed play
• Role-based gameplay with strategic voting mechanics
• In-game chat during the day phase
• An optional in-app purchase to remove banner advertisements

The App is not affiliated with any original Werewolf or Mafia board game brand.

Eligibility

The App is rated 4+ on the App Store and is suitable for all ages. However, to make in-app purchases, you must be of the legal age required by your country's app store to enter into contracts, or have parental/guardian consent.

By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements or have obtained the appropriate parental or guardian consent.

In-App Purchases

The App offers one non-consumable in-app purchase: "Remove Ads" for 499,00 ₽. This purchase permanently removes banner advertisements from the App.

• Non-refundable: All in-app purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's App Store refund policies. The Developer cannot issue direct refunds. For refund requests, please contact Apple Podderzhka.
• One-time payment: This is a lifetime purchase — no subscription or recurring fee applies.
• Restore Purchases: You can restore your purchase at no cost on any device signed in to the same Apple ID using the in-app "Restore Purchases" function.
• Scope: The "Remove Ads" purchase only removes advertisements. It does not unlock any additional gameplay features beyond what the free version provides.

Prohibited Conduct

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Use cheating tools, hacking software, or any method to gain an unfair advantage over other players
• Attempt to circumvent, bypass, or interfere with in-app purchase verification
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Harass, abuse, or harm other players through the in-game chat system
• Distribute or reproduce any part of the App without written permission from the Developer
• Attempt to intercept or modify game network communications

Violation of these prohibitions may result in your access to the App being terminated and may subject you to legal liability.

Intellectual Property

All content included in the App — including but not limited to the App name, logo, design, graphics, code, sounds, gameplay mechanics as implemented, and AI bot logic — is the exclusive property of Howl Werewolf and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not constitute a transfer of ownership.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

The Developer does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected. The App relies on peer-to-peer networking which may be subject to local network conditions outside the Developer's control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of enjoyment, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

In no event shall the Developer's total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the App exceed the amount you paid to the Developer in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

Пользовательский контент

Приложение включает функцию внутриигрового чата в дневных фазах и общение команды волков в ночных фазах. Используя функцию чата, вы подтверждаете, что:

• Все сообщения чата передаются peer-to-peer по локальной сети и не хранятся, не отслеживаются и не доступны Разработчику.
• Вы несёте единоличную ответственность за содержание ваших сообщений.
• Содержимое чата существует только в памяти устройства во время активного игрового сеанса и навсегда удаляется по окончании игры.
• Вы не должны использовать чат для обмена личной информацией, преследования других или передачи незаконного, оскорбительного или вредного контента.

Разработчик не претендует на право собственности на пользовательский контент чата. Поскольку всё общение осуществляется peer-to-peer без участия сервера, Разработчик не имеет возможности модерировать, просматривать или удалять сообщения чата в реальном времени.

Availability

The Developer does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability of the App. The App may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice. The Developer is not liable for any inconvenience or loss resulting from such changes.

The App requires iOS 17.0 or later. Some features (such as AI powered by Foundation Models) require iOS 26.0 or later. The Developer is not responsible for limitations arising from your device or operating system version.

Прекращение действия

Разработчик оставляет за собой право ограничить или прекратить ваш доступ к приложению в любое время без предварительного уведомления, если вы нарушите настоящие Условия или нарушите установленные правила поведения.

• После прекращения действия ваша лицензия на использование приложения немедленно отзывается.
• Любые покупки в приложении, сделанные до прекращения действия, по-прежнему подпадают под политику возврата средств Apple App Store. Разработчик не выдаёт прямые возвраты средств.
• Разделы, связанные с Интеллектуальной собственностью, Отказом от гарантий, Ограничением ответственности и Применимым правом, остаются в силе после прекращения действия.

Вы можете прекратить использование приложения в любое время, удалив его со своего устройства.

Применимое право и юрисдикция

Настоящие Условия регулируются и толкуются в соответствии с законодательством Испании без учёта принципов коллизионного права.

Любой спор, возникающий из настоящих Условий или в связи с ними, передаётся на рассмотрение исключительно судов Испании. Если какое-либо положение настоящих Условий будет признано не подлежащим исполнению или недействительным, такое положение будет ограничено или исключено в минимальной мере, необходимой для того, чтобы настоящие Условия в остальном оставались в полной силе.

Для пользователей в Европейском союзе ничто в данном пункте не ограничивает ваше право на обращение в суды по месту вашего проживания в соответствии с применимым законодательством о защите прав потребителей.

Changes to Terms

The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
