How do I sync with Apple Health?

Go to Settings → Health and grant the required permissions. Your data will sync automatically.

Is my health data stored on a server?

No. All your health data stays on your device and in your personal iCloud account. We do not collect or store health information.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the App Store → tap your profile → Subscriptions → Pressure Control → Cancel Subscription.

Can I use the app without an Apple Watch?

Yes. Apple Watch is optional. You can log readings manually or import them from Apple Health.
