SetReady is an independent iOS and Apple Watch app. This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the app, website and support form, and how Firebase Analytics supports product measurement.
SetReady processes workout context, training profiles, rest timers, set counts, recovery samples, heart-rate readings shown during a session, performance history, app preferences and subscription entitlement state. Website support messages may include your name, email address, topic, message content, device details you provide and technical metadata needed to route and protect the request.
SetReady requests HealthKit permission to read heart rate, active energy, workouts and resting heart rate when available, and to save workouts started on Apple Watch. These permissions are used for live rest guidance, recovery calculations, workout history and optional performance reports. HealthKit access is controlled by you in iOS and watchOS settings.
Workout history, rest events, set counts, recovery timelines, adaptive rest settings and related preferences are stored locally using Apple platform storage. If you use iCloud backup, device backup, Apple Health sync or other Apple services, Apple controls that processing under Apple's terms and privacy policies. SetReady does not operate its own server for raw HealthKit or workout data.
SetReady uses Firebase Analytics, provided by Google, to understand aggregate and anonymous product usage such as screens viewed, feature interactions, subscription screen events, app version, device type and approximate technical diagnostics. Firebase may process app-instance identifiers and device or app metadata. SetReady does not send HealthKit heart-rate values, workout contents, exported reports or support-message text to Firebase Analytics.

SetReady Pro subscriptions and lifetime purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. SetReady receives product identifiers, transaction status and entitlement state needed to unlock Pro features, but does not receive your full payment card number or App Store account password.
When you contact support from the website, EmailJS processes the support form so we can receive and respond to your request. The form sends your name, email, topic, message and technical metadata provided by the browser or EmailJS. Do not include sensitive medical information in support messages.
We do not sell personal data or health data. Data may be processed by Apple for HealthKit, StoreKit, App Store, backups and platform services; Google/Firebase for analytics; and EmailJS for support messages. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to investigate abuse of the app or website.
Local workout data remains on your device until you delete workouts, reset app data or delete the app. Firebase Analytics data is retained according to Google/Firebase settings and policies. Support messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain records and protect the service. No internet transmission or local storage method can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
SetReady is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information through support, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
You can revoke HealthKit permissions in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Health, delete local data by deleting workouts or the app, manage subscriptions in App Store settings, and contact us to request access, correction or deletion of support communications. Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights.
