By using SetReady, the website or support channels, you agree to these terms and to any Apple App Store terms that apply to your download, purchases and use of the app. If you do not agree, do not use SetReady.
These Terms of Use govern your access to SetReady, the SetReady website, SetReady Pro purchases and related support channels.

SetReady helps time workout rest using Apple Watch heart-rate data, training profiles, adaptive rest settings and workout history. The app is intended for fitness and training support, not for medical monitoring or emergency use.
SetReady is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or professional coaching. You are responsible for deciding whether any workout, rest recommendation or training intensity is appropriate for your health, fitness level and environment. Stop exercising and seek professional medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or any concerning symptom.
The live workout experience requires a compatible Apple Watch, heart-rate availability and HealthKit permissions. Features may be limited if Health data is unavailable, permission is denied, sensors fail or Apple services are interrupted.
Your use of SetReady is also governed by the Privacy Policy. SetReady does not sell health data. Firebase Analytics may be used for app quality and aggregate usage measurement as described in the Privacy Policy.
SetReady Pro may be offered as monthly, yearly or lifetime access. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew through Apple unless cancelled in App Store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple handles billing, taxes, refunds, price changes, trials and cancellation flows under App Store rules.
Features, limits, prices, subscription availability, supported devices and App Store metadata may vary by country, app version, operating system, Apple Watch model and account state. We may update, add or remove features to improve the app or meet platform requirements.
Do not misuse the app, website or support form; attempt to disrupt services; bypass paywalls or entitlement checks; reverse engineer protected parts of the app except where allowed by law; submit unlawful, abusive or misleading content; or use SetReady in a way that could harm others.
SetReady relies on Apple frameworks and services including HealthKit, StoreKit, App Store and platform storage. The website support form uses EmailJS. Firebase Analytics may be used for product analytics. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
SetReady, the website, visual design, app name, icons, text, software and related materials are owned by the developer or licensed providers. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app according to these terms and App Store rules.
Any exported report or shared workout summary is provided for personal review, coaching communication or record keeping. You are responsible for deciding what you share and with whom. Exports are not medical records or clinical advice.
SetReady is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy of sensors or calculations, compatibility with every device, or that the app will meet every training goal.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for injuries, losses or decisions resulting from workouts, sensor readings, rest recommendations, unavailable services or misuse of the app.
You may stop using SetReady at any time. We may suspend access to website support features or take appropriate action if we believe these terms are violated, the service is abused or legal obligations require it.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent through the support page.
