Privacy Policy

Summary

• Your treatment plan, intakes, notes, savings settings and rewards are stored only on your iPhone.
• There is no account. We do not run servers that store your treatment data, and we never sell personal data.
• We use Firebase Analytics for anonymous usage statistics and Google AdMob to show ads in the free version.
• Ads are only personalised if you agree through the consent form and, where iOS asks, App Tracking Transparency.

Data stored on your device

The app saves your start date, intake times, the intakes you mark as taken or skipped, daily notes, the price and number of cigarettes you enter for savings, and your rewards. This data stays on your iPhone, is not uploaded to us and is not used for advertising.

Reminders are local notifications scheduled by iOS on your device. Deleting the app, or using the full reset, removes this data.

Analytics

We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used and to improve it. It may process app events (for example, screens viewed or an intake logged, without its content), device model, iOS and app version, approximate country and a pseudonymous app-instance identifier.

Analytics never include your notes or the content of your plan. Analytics are not used to target ads.

Crash reports: if the app crashes, it sends an anonymous crash report to Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC) with the stack trace, device model, operating system and app version, and the time of the crash. It contains no personal data or content entered in the app, is used only to find and fix errors, and Google keeps it for 90 days.

Advertising and your consent

The free version shows ads from Google AdMob: a banner and, before opening a daily reward, an optional rewarded ad. Users who buy Remove ads do not see ads.

Where required (including the EEA, UK and Switzerland) we ask for your consent through Google’s User Messaging Platform. On iOS, App Tracking Transparency asks for permission before your device’s advertising identifier can be used. If you decline, AdMob shows non-personalised ads only.

You can review your ad choice at any time in the app’s Settings, and change tracking permission in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Advertising partners may process approximate location derived from your IP address to deliver ads and prevent fraud.

Purchases

The Remove ads purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive only the information needed to unlock it and never see your payment details.

Support messages

If you contact us through the support form, your name, email, topic and message are delivered to us through EmailJS so we can reply. Please do not include medical information. We keep these messages only as long as needed to help you.

This website

This website does not use cookies or analytics. It stores your chosen language in your browser so it can show the same language next time. It loads fonts from Google Fonts and shows the current app version from Apple’s public App Store service.

Legal bases and retention

We process data to provide the app and support (performance of a contract), to improve the app and keep it stable (legitimate interest) and for personalised advertising (consent). Data on your device remains until you delete it. Analytics and advertising data are kept according to Google’s settings and policies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent and to complain to your data protection authority. We do not sell personal information.

Children

TodaciApp is intended for adults (18+) following a smoking cessation treatment. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
