Rules for using TodaciApp, in-app purchase terms, and legal limitations.

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using TodaciApp, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, do not use the app.

TodaciApp is intended for adults (18+) only.

2. Service description

TodaciApp provides a 25-day treatment planner with reminders, progress tracking, and optional note-taking tools.

We may update features, design, and availability over time.

3. In-app purchases

  • TodaciApp offers an optional non-consumable purchase to remove ads permanently.
  • Payments are processed by Apple. We do not process card data directly.
  • Purchases can be restored on devices using the same Apple ID.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.

4. Advertising

The free version may display ads delivered by Google AdMob.

If you purchase ad removal, ads are disabled for that Apple account entitlement.

5. Medical disclaimer

TodaciApp is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment advice.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for clinical decisions.

6. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from app use.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the new version.

We may suspend or discontinue app features when necessary.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.

For users in the European Union, nothing in these terms limits your right to bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence under applicable consumer protection laws.
