Broadside is a naval strategy game (battleship) for iOS devices. The App provides single-player (VS AI), local two-player, and local network multiplayer game modes. The free version includes banner advertisements served by Google AdMob. The App is provided free of charge.
The free version of Broadside displays banner advertisements served by Google AdMob (Google LLC). By using the App, you agree to receive such advertisements. Ad targeting is subject to your consent via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt and is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You agree not to interfere with, block, or circumvent the delivery of advertisements.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
